City of Ocean City shall perform requirements for solicitation of bids for the replacement of the Ocean City Community Cultural Center-Ocean City Free Public Library Section Roof. The City, along with the Library and the project engineer will provide bid evaluation and recommendation of award in accordance with NJSA 140A:11-1 et seq. and all Federal requirements. The City shall also provide project management, invoice review and payment to the award contractor |
